Description                          

WP316 series float ball level sensor is composed of magnetic float ball, measuring tube, measuring parts, circuit unit, junction box and installation parts, locally display the liquid level value, and standard output. The products are widely used in petrol oil, chemical fiber, metallurgy, environmental protection, water supply and drainage engineering and other areas, with liquid level measuring and controlling.

  

Working principle

The magnetic float ball will axial remove along the probe when the liquid level changes, the magnetic induction switch will trig a total resistance, correspond to the resistance net of the liquid level in the vessel, the transfer module will convert the resistance signal of the probe to 4~20mA standard signal, the power supply will be 24VDC.
